Ice “R”* is a partial plastic ice discovered when liquid water is compressed to a very high pressure by computer simulations,MHM2014 and is a stable phase fpr TIP4P/2005 water model.HYMT2017,YMT2018 It has the same structure as high-pressure methane A crystal.

氷R* は液体の水を圧縮して氷VIIが生じる過程のシミュレーションにおいて発見された、部分的プラスチック氷で、TIP4P/2005水モデルでは安定相の一つと考えられます。その単位胞は21分子からなり、高圧メタンA相(1)と同型の結晶構造です。
